Used Truck Association announces upcoming training sessions

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Used Truck Association (UTA) is continuing with its educational and training programs designed specifically for those involved in the used truck industry.

There are specific workshops for both managers and sales professionals.

The Professional Used Truck Management program is designed to assist used truck managers, sales managers, general managers and management candidates in developing a responsive and profitable used truck business.

This workshop will next be held February 16-18, 2005, in Houston, TX. Tuition is $645 (UTA members receive a 10 per cent tuition discount) and there is a $35 materials fee.

The Fundamentals of Used Truck Sales program is designed to assist new and/or inexperienced used truck sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to have a successful career in used truck sales.

The next course is set for April 18-21, 2005, in Atlanta, GA. Tuition is $695 (UTA members receive a 10 per cent tuition discount) and there is a $96 materials fee.

The Professional Used Truck Selling Skills program is intended to help used and new truck sales professionals in enhancing their relationship building, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing skills.

This workshop will take place June 2-3, 2005, in Chicago, IL.Tuition is $395 (UTA members receive a 10 per cent tuition discount). The materials fee is $30.
