CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. — Utility Trailer has produced its 50,000th dry van trailer at its Glade Spring, Va. manufacturing plant.
Headquartered in Abingdon, Va., K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. (Food City’s parent company) is a locally owned company operating 106 retail supermarkets throughout the tri-state regions of Southeast Kentucky, Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. The company commissioned the production of Utility’s 50,000th 4000D-X Composite dry van manufactured at the Glade Spring, Va. plant.
“We would like to congratulate Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company and their team of dedicated associates on reaching such an important milestone in their plant’s history,” says Steven C. Utility and Food City celebrated the occasion at the Glade Spring plant May 21.
