CRYSTAL LAKE, IL – A special gathering of the next generation of many of the industry leaders is part of the 2015 VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference going on now through Oct. 23.

The Young Leaders Forum and Lunch is set for Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the JW Marriott in San Antonio, TX.

Now in its third year, the event is open to VIPAR Heavy Duty stockholders and suppliers who are 45 years old and younger, giving them the opportunity to network and collaborate with industry peers, according to this group of independent aftermarket truck parts distributors across North America.

In addition to networking and collaboration, the goal of the forum is to provide young leaders with content to further personal development and gain leadership and successful strategies to apply to their businesses.

Award-winning and internationally-acclaimed leadership writer and speaker Tanveer Naseer will provide the keynote address “How to Overcome Leadership Vertigo to Drive Success.” Naseer is the principal and founder of Tanveer Naseer Leadership, a leadership coaching firm that works with executives and managers to help them develop practical leadership and team-building competencies to guide organizational growth and development.

In addition to the luncheon, a Young Leaders reception will be hosted with GenNext during the VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference. This group is considered the up-and-coming leaders of tomorrow in the aftermarket truck parts industry. The core goal of GenNext is to educate, mentor, and recruit the next generation of heavy duty aftermarket leaders, according to VIPAR.
