Volvo Trucks and union reach tentative agreement

GREENSBORO, N.C. –Volvo Trucks North America today announced it has reached a tentative agreement with United Auto Workers.

The new three-year agreements would cover approximately 2,800 UAW members at Volvo’s New River Valley, VA, plant.
Further comment about the proposed agreements is being withheld pending ratification by the union’s local bargaining units.
