Wabash National names new senior VP
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Oct. 21, 2004) — Trailer maker Wabash National Corp. has appointed Robert J. Smith to senior vice-president, chief financial officer of its executive management team, effective immediately.
Smith joined Wabash 2003 as VP and corporate controller and served as acting chief financial officer since June of 2004.
He has more than 25 years of senior-level financial experience including serving as director of finance for KPMG Consulting Inc.; VP and controller for Great Lakes Chemical Corporation; and CFO for various divisions of Olin Corp.
