Waterloo’s Expressway Trucks Wins Dealership of the Year

WATERLOO, ON. — Expressway Trucks of Waterloo is Volvo’s 2012 Canada Dealer of the Year, the OEM announced today.

The annual award is given to a dealership for overall accomplishment and performance. The winner is selected based on outstanding performance in new truck and parts sales, growth in market share, penetration of Volvo engines, customer satisfaction index and investment in facilities.

Expressway, acquired by Scott Lawson in 1999, has 24 service bays, sells new and used trucks, and, Volvo noted, an extensive parts inventory. Lawson owns a second Expressway Trucks in Windsor.

“It’s an honor to recognize the accomplishments of Scott Lawson and his team at Expressway Trucks,” said Göran Nyberg, president, Volvo Trucks North American Sales & Marketing. “Expressway is dedicated to excellence in both sales and service, and continues to represent the Volvo brand in an outstanding way.”
