Webasto’s North American CEO moves on

FENTON, Mich. — Webasto has bid farewell to its North American president and CEO.

Mark Wallace announced he will be leaving the company Oct. 31 to pursue other opportunities.

“It is with deep regret that I announce that Mr. Wallace will be leaving Webasto,” said Dr. Joachim Damasky, member of the Management Board of Webasto AG. “He has chosen to accept an excellent leadership opportunity with a large, publicly-traded company. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”

Wallace was credited with implementing a sound strategy and good processes while assembling a talented executive team.

Fred Olson, member of the Webasto Product North America board of directors and former president and CEO of Webasto Roof Systems will assume the role of interim president and CEO of WPNA, the company has announced.
