BURNABY, B.C. — WebTech Wireless announced today that it has successfully transitioned its manufacturing, repair and warehousing operations to an expanded facility in Vancouver.

The planned expansion of WebTech Wireless’ manufacturing capabilities was essential to meet the growing demand for new and existing customer rollouts in North American and International markets, says the company.

“We were able to execute an extremely smooth transition to the new facility without causing any manufacturing or shipping disruptions,” comments Richard Freeman, director of operations for WebTech Wireless. “With this plant, we are now able to meet our forecasted growth for the next year, and further expansion at the new facility allows us to meet demand for the foreseeable future. We have already shipped several thousand units from the new facility.”

The expansion will provide improved fulfillment and support services for all of Webtech’s Locator products, as well as ancillary Mobile Data Terminals and peripheral products that are part of WebTech’s Quadrant Fleet Management service, stated the company.
