LAS VEGAS, Nev. — With the recent acquisition of Continental Manufacturing Company, Navistar has rebranded its mixer business Continental Mixers LLC.

The new-look was unveiled at World of Concrete this week. Navistar acquired Continental in December, 2009, adding to its portfolio a full line of rear discharge mixer products, the company announced.

The products will be branded as Continental Mixers and CBMW Mixers.

“We’re excited to add Continental Mixers to Navistar’s industry-leading lineup of vocational, purpose-built products,” said Steve Guillaume, general manager, Continental Mixers. “Bringing enhancements to what was already a very successful business will provide our customers with the highest level of service and support in the industry.”

Now, Navistar says it’s setting out to create one of the “most comprehensive and geographically diverse dealer networks in the industry.”

That dealer network will encompass current Continental Mixers sales and service locations as well as about 30 additional locations in the US and Canada to be determined within the year. The new locations will be affiliated with current International truck dealerships, the company announced.
