Work Lights
Alert Canada, a new division of Merithian Products of Concord, Ont., now offers a full range of work lights and cord reels through a joint venture with U.S.-based Alert Stamping & Manufacturing. The Alert “Pro-Lite” and “Pro-Reel” product lines cover a full range of work lights and cord reels from the basic incandescent to a new twin-bulb fluorescent. Many models have grounded outlets with circuit breakers and are available with or without retractable cord reels. All Alert products sold in Canada will have CSA and/or CUL approval, the company says. The Model #8050A-FL Industrial Work Light and Cord Reel has fluorescent lamps and an industrial grade reel housing.
