XTL to present academic scholarship

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — XTL Group is looking for candidates for its Gagnon-Francoeur Scholarship.

The scholarship awards children of XTL employees, owner/operators and drivers who have demonstrated academic excellence, commitment to making a contribution to their community and exceptional overall promise, the company says. Financial need is also a consideration.

The scholarship is named for Serge Gagnon and Marcel Francoeur, who helped lay the groundwork for the success of XTL.
