Yokohama exec keeps movin’ on up
FULLERTON, Calif. — Yokohama Tire today announced that Takao Oishi will be promoted to corporate officer, effective June 27.
This is the second promotion this year for Oishi, who assumed the role of president and CEO of YTC on April 1.
Oishi succeeded Norio Karashima, who was promoted to director and senior managing corporate officer of YRC, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Oishi joined YTC in 2007 as executive vice president, responsible for MIS, OE sales, strategic marketing and operations.
