AMTA helps support health and safety conference

EDMONTON, Alta. — The Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) is one of several associations participating in a health and safety conference in Edmonton Nov. 19-21.

The conference is being put on by the Health and Safety Conference Society of Alberta, with the help of partners such as the AMTA. Other health and safety associations, employer associations and strategic partners will also contribute to the conference.

The AMTA says the conference will feature a wide range of exhibitors and keynote speakers. It will focus on the best practices in occupational health and safety in a range of industries including the trucking industry.
