Hwy. 3 receives attention in Haldimand County
HALDIMAND COUNTY, Ont. — The Ontario government is shelling out $3.3 million to upgrade Hwy. 3 in Haldimand County and Cayuga.
“Keeping Hwy. 3 in good repair is a wise investment of tax dollars and will have long-term benefits for motorists,” says Transportation Minister, Norm Sterling. “The work will ensure the sustained reliability of the highway and a continued level of safety for area drivers.”
Hwy. 3 will be resurfaced from Haldimand County Road 56 for 18 kilometres to Haldimand County Road 15. There will also be a 7.4-km stretch resurfaced from just east of Hadimand Road 54 in Cayuga to Haldimand County Road 56.
