Instead, according to the company, it uses a technology to penetrate into the fabric, lift the dirt, and suspend it so it can be removed. It works on grease, ink, berry juice, wine, and blood. It can be sprayed on and wiped off, or applied prior to machine washing. It is non-hazardous, biodegradable, and non-toxic.
