Accuride acquisition finalized
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Accuride Corp. has announced its acquisition by Crestview Partners is now complete.
The private equity firm announced its plans to take Accuride private on Sept. 2.

Our Executive Leadership Team is energized to lead Accuride into this new phase of expansion for our business and look forward to working closely with the Crestview team.”
Dauch will continue on as president and CEO and Accuride will continue to operate under its current brand name, the company announced. It will continue to be based out of Evansville, Ind. with operations in the US, Canada, Mexico and Italy.
