by Today's Trucking

Volvo Trucks North America and the UAW have reached a tentative deal, ending a strike that began April 19.

The agreement covers a five-year deal for about 2,900 employees at Volvo’s New River Valley truck plant in Dublin, Va.

The strike ended this morning and production at the plant will resume May 3.
