Cat maintains dividend rate
PEORIA, Ill. – Caterpillar Inc. has declared a cash dividend of US $32.5 per share on its common stock.
The dividend will be payable on or after Feb. 19, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 20.
The announcement means the company has maintained the dividend rate declared for the previous year. n
