Educating the public not an easy task

Dear editor,

I read your article about the conversation you heard in the restaurant (Truck News April, page 6).

I thought it was really good and couldn’t agree with you more.

One thing that would be good is if your article could be published in a magazine that those same women might read.

I’ve often thought about trying to find ways to educate the public about the truck driving business.

I’ve learned that some people have a mindset about the job and they’re not willing to change – even when proven wrong.

Maybe having an education booth at truck shows or something like that would be interesting to pursue.
