Experience is wasted

Dear Editor,

Over the past 46 years as a professional driver, I have driven more than 3 million accident-free miles, and the only regret I have is that there are no means to pass on to new drivers the experience that has been gained.

In an industry that is very short of drivers, it seems too bad that years of experience go to waste. Being stamped out of a driving school is not the complete answer. The question is, “how do you teach attitude and a do-it-right approach?”
