Haldex buys Anchorlok, Neway

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Haldex Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Anchorlok air brake actuator and Neway suspension control valve businesses from the Holland Group.

The acquired businesses will be integrated into Haldex Brake Systems; a division of the Haldex Group. Haldex Brake Systems designs, manufactures and markets commercial vehicle brake and suspension control systems and technologies globally. The acquisition is subject to approval from relevant regulatory authorities.

“The acquisition increases the strength of Haldex in these core product areas giving us a leading global position in both market share and product technology,” says Claes Warnander, chief executive officer of Haldex Group. The combined worldwide sales of the acquired businesses are in the range of US$50 million.
