OTA To Host Executive Forum

TORONTO, Ont. – Canada’s most respected CEOs in the trucking industry will share their strategies for success when the OTA hosts a forum September 25.

The forum will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Toronto Congress Centre (650 Dixon Road). The session is open to all trucking executives who operate their own trucks. Advance registration is required; the cost is $50. Registration is available online at www.ontruck.org or by calling (416) 249-7401.

“Sharing strategies should ultimately lead to a healthier, more vibrant trucking industry that is safer and even more attractive to prospective employees,” says OTA president David Bradley. “Everybody wins, including consumers and the general public.”

Topics will include day-to-day business operations as well as strategic planning in areas such as managing costs, customer relations, load broker and other third-party relations, managed growth, the qualified driver shortage, safety, insurance and border security.
