Record 1999 for Wabash National

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Wabash National has announced record results for 1999.

Net sales for the fourth quarter hit $358 million, marking a 10 per cent increase over the $326.8 million for the same period last year. (All figures are in US dollars.)

Net income for the quarter was $11.8 million compared to $2.2 million for the same period last year.

For the year, net sales reached $1.5 billion, representing a 13 per cent increase over the $1.3 billion for 1998.

Net income for 1999 totaled $38.8 million, a whopping 67 per cent increase over the $23.3 million in net income for 1998.
