Rollins, UPS deal

Rollins Leasing Corp. has acquired UPS Truck Leasing and formed a strategic alliance with the UPS Logistics Group. The deal allows Rollins to focus on its core business of truck leasing and maintenance while, at the same time, meeting customer demands for non-asset based services.

The acquisition adds 50 facilities to Rollins’ branch network, bringing the total number of branches in Canada and the U.S. to more than 250.

The alliance with UPS Logistics gives Rollins’ full-service leasing and maintenance customers access to a world-class logistics resource.
