KELOWNA, B.C. – Western Star Trucks and the Owner/Operator Independent Driver Association (OOIDA) have a new agreement that will give the group’s 48,000 members “substantial” discounts on a specifically configured Constellation Series truck.

It’s the first such alliance between OOIDA and a truck maker.

The agreement is a “natural fit”, says OOIDA president Jim Johnston, referring to the pre-negotiated price for the trucks. n
