Truckers aren’t heard in Oakville

Dear Editor,

Re: Oakville, Ont. residents who are protesting the lack of enforcement of truck bans on Trafalgar Road.

I was born and raised in this town, and as far back as I can remember, Trafalgar Road has always been the main choice to get in and out of the downtown. Hell, it’s a main road that will take you from the Lakeshore all the way to Hwy. 9.

Unfortunately, my opinion is that if you have money and cry loud enough, you will get your way.

So much for the little people. n
