KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Arrow Truck Sales has announced it has set an ambitious goal of more than doubling its trailers sales by the end of the year.

To support the plan, the company appointed Kevin Schuller to fill the newly-created position of trailer purchasing manager. His goal is to broaden the company’s supplier network and trailer inventory. The company announced it has also bolstered its trailer acquisition, distribution and sales efforts through key resource additions.

"This new position is just one part of our overall commitment to strengthen our trailer efforts," said Pete Monize, vice-president of purchasing and wholesale sales for Arrow. "In addition, we are streamlining our administrative, transportation, and accounting processes and adding support resources."

Among other things, Arrow Truck Sales has hired a transportation specialist to improve its trailer distribution system to its retail locations.

"We’re going to focus on hard-to-find, high-quality niche units, such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and specialty trailers," said Schuller.
