Carrier Transicold’s Lynx links multiple reefer systems

by Today's Trucking

Carrier Transicold’s new Lynx Fleet platform offers a single interface to monitor multiple refrigeration systems – even those made by different manufacturers.

Data from non-Carrier equipment is displayed alongside the Carrier units, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.

The system can be used to monitor and control parameters such as temperature, and depending on the unit options and sensors, the humidity, oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, and alerts when pre-set parameters are exceeded.

Location data and geofencing are also provided along with data about the refrigeration unit’s health. And the system integrates with on-vessel wireless monitoring solutions, delivering updates by satellite to land-based fleets.
