CAT C13, C11 now available in Kenworth

KIRKLAND, Wash. — CAT C11 350- and 370-horsepower engines with increased torque ratings of 1,450 lb.-ft. are now available for all Kenworth Class 8 models.

Caterpillar’s C13 engine with new 470-horsepower rating is available with torque ratings of 1,550 lb.-ft. and 1,650 lb.-ft. for Kenworth’s T2000, T800, T600, W900 and C500 models.

“Kenworth is pleased to offer these new, upgraded Caterpillar C13 and C11 engines in selected Class 8 models to help customers get the job done,” said Steve Gilligan, Kenworth’s general marketing manager.
