KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Eaton has introduced the latest version of its Eaton MD Mobile Diagnostics product line: The MD-300-V Vehicle Vibration Analyzer (VVA).

The MD-300-V Basic VVA diagnoses complicated vibration problems. It helps technicians efficiently identify problem areas and reduce vehicle downtime while diagnosing and repairing vibration-related complaints. The VVA also helps eliminate unnecessary part-swapping as a means of diagnosing a vibration problem, the company says.

Eaton says its Basic VVA: pinpoints the root cause of a vibration; isolates the location of the problem; and supplies a repair procedure to fix the problem. The VVA is designed mainly for use by OEMs and organizations involved in the design and manufacture of vehicles, suspensions, tires, wheels or driveline components. It can also be used to troubleshoot vibration issues and field complaints. For more information visit www.eatonmdtools.com.
