GAFFNEY, SC — Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation recently conducted a unique training opportunity for its walk-in van salespeople.

This training program covered in-depth product information on FCCC’s popular MT-45 SR and MT-55 chassis. FCCC collaborated with body builders Morgan Olson and Utilimaster to bring their expertise to this comprehensive program, helping participants understand the benefits of the MT-45 SR and MT-55 and how to explain them to their customers. The program also included market segment training, product walk arounds and a tour of FCCC’s Gaffney, S.C., plant.

“Our goal with the walk-in-van dealer training program was to provide dealers with valuable information they could take back to the dealerships and apply on the job,” said Jack Conlan, President of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation. “Offering training to salespeople is another way FCCC is providing our customers with superior service by ensuring they have well-informed salespeople who can aid them in purchasing walk-in vans.”
