Mack Trucks rolls out digital driver’s guide

Mack Trucks has launched Mack Digital Driver Guide, a virtual owner’s manual that gives drivers instant access to chassis-specific vehicle information on features and operation.

Available on macktrucks.com and through the Mack Trucks Driver Guide mobile app, the platform is offered in English, Spanish, and Canadian French. It launches for the Pioneer and Anthem, with additional and export models to be added as they enter production.

Drivers can enter the last six digits of their VIN to generate a guide tailored to their specific chassis. The platform is organized into five sections — complete guide, driving tips, visual navigation, get started, and videos — combining operational documentation with short-form training content.

The guide includes keyword search for information on braking, emissions, maintenance, and emergency procedures, while interactive truck imagery helps drivers identify systems and components by location. Model-specific videos cover features such as adaptive cruise control, mDRIVE, electronic parking brake operation, and pre-trip inspections.

Mack said an in-cab version will be integrated into the vehicle’s infotainment display in late Q3 2026, with trucks assembled before then receiving the update over the air.
