Noregon’s JPRO Technician as a Service (TaaS) program is adding a new layer of shop support to a suite of products that includes JPRO Professional, TripVision Uptime, and NextStep Repair.
Available through a monthly or an annual subscription, it offers users unlimited calls to Noregon’s U.S.-based technicians to help answer difficult diagnoses or guide repair jobs.
The JPRO TaaS team will support diagnosis and troubleshooting, engine assistance, aftertreatment problems, and electronic issues. It extends to all makes, models, and components covered by JPRO Professional.
