VICTORIA, B.C. — Tailwind Management Systems Inc. has completed development of two new greatly simplified and easy to use versions of its CMS software for full-load trucking operations and freight brokerage companies.

These new simplified versions, known as Carrier Express and Broker Express, have been designed to handle everyday basic transactions and can be expanded to incorporate additional applications as the business grows. The Express versions start at US $1,495 and are simple to use and frees up management to concentrate on running their businesses. Once a few sets of basic procedures have been learned, users can easily navigate any section of the program.

“With these new versions, our software is now available and affordable to smaller transportation companies who otherwise may not have been able to automate their systems and win business over their larger competitors,” said Peter Bryant, Business Manager of Tailwind Management Systems, Inc.

The Express versions compliment the already established Elite version which is a powerful yet easy to use carrier management system that manages all aspects of a transport carrier’s operations and administration. Functions of the Elite version include managing drivers, handling dispatch, customers, credit, vendors, invoicing, bill auditing, driver and vendor pay, accounts receivable/payable, scheduling equipment maintenance and expense tracking, location tracking, account and website integration, and much more.
