Trailmobile to hold Trail-Tech 2004 this month

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Trailmobile Parts & Service Canada Ltd. is inviting you to attend Trail-Tech 2004 on Oct. 13 at the Delta Toronto Airport West at 5444 Dixie Rd.

The seminar portion of the event runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the trade show portion begins immediately after the seminars and runs until 9 p.m.

There will be 45 manufacturer representatives in attendance as well as a complete tech and trade show with tests and demonstrations. Also, there will be eight technical seminars, door prizes and food and beverages served.

The technical seminars will include the following topics: The Ministry of Transportation will discuss the new guidelines and weight restrictions as well as the new steering axle legislation. Haldex Brake Systems will discuss ABS troubleshooting. Truck-Lite’s presentation will be about LED lighting, while Timken Bearings will hold a session about wheel end maintenance and landing gear specifications. Arvin Meritor plans to talk about shock systems. Trailmobile will look at how a trailer is manufactured during their session and Reyco/Granning Suspensions will discuss the differences between spring and air suspensions.
