FDA revises guidance on prior notice

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a revised version of its interim final rule on prior notice for food imports.

The guidance responds to various questions about the Bio Terrorism Act (BTA) and its implementing regulations: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/guidance.html.
