GREENVILLE, S.C. — Michelin and Dynamic Tire have entered into a settlement agreement resolving the infringement of intellectual property rights.

In return for Michelin dropping its US and Canadian suits for patent infringement and other issues, Dynamic Tire, company president Robert Sherkin and parent corporation GPX International agreed they will no longer distribute the following tires: Aeolus HN305, Aeolus HN308, Aeolus HN328, Aeolus HN329, Triangle 689 and Triangle 696. Dynamic also removed all versions of Michelin-copyrighted content from its Web site.

Dynamic has dropped its libel suits, filed in Canada, regarding press publications concerning the intellectual property litigations between the parties.

Details of the financial settlement were not disclosed.
