Minnesota and North Dakota customs hours changed

SEATTLE, Wash. — Service hours at certain customs offices are being changed, to provide uniformity in service hours between the U.S. and Canadian customs.

Effective September 2, 2003, the hours of service will change at the following offices:

9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Maida (N.D.) / Windy Gates (Man.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Carbury (N.D.) / Goodlands (Man.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sarles (N.D.) / Crystal City (Man.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Hannah (N.D.) / Snowflake (Man.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Noonan (N.D.) / Estevan (Sask.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Northgate (N.D.) / Northgate (Sask.)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
St. John (N.D.) / Lena (Man.)
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Hansboro (N.D.) / Cartwright (Man.)
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Westhope (N.D.) / Coulter (Man.)
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Antler (N.D.) / Lyleton (Man.)

Travel across the U.S./Canada border continues to be available on a 24-hour basis at the ports of: Baudette (Minn.), Dunseith (N.D.), Grand Portage (Minn.), International Falls (Minn.), Pembina (N.D.), Portal (N.D.), and Warroad (Minn). Roseau (Minn.) remains open from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
