SCL to present legal issues seminar

VAUGHN, Ont. — Supply Chain & Logistics Canada is hosting a dinner presentation March 2 on legal issues and the challenges facing the North American supply chain.

The presentation, hosted by Steven Trumper, partner Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, will provide updates on the variety of legislative and regulatory measures certain to have an impact on supply chain decisions. These include Sarbanes-Oxley/Bill C-198 legislation, insurance and indemnity requirements, hours of service regulations and third-party outsourcing contract best practices.

The event will be held at the Paramount Special Event Venue, 222 Rowntree Derry Road, in Vaughn, Ont., starting at 5:30 p.m.
