Alcoa Wheel Products appoints two new account managers

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Alcoa Wheel Products, a leading manufacturer of aluminum wheels for automotive and commercial transportation industries, has re-aligned its organization with the appointment of two new account managers.

Samantha Gerhardt and Merrick Murphy have been named account managers for the Portland, Ore. and North Carolina markets respectively.

Gerhardt has been appointed to fully focus on OEM commercial vehicle business in the region. Gerhardt brings 17 years of experience with Alcoa Wheel Products, having worked most recently in the Southeast region of the United States.

Murphy has been appointed to focus on accounts in North Carolina including truck, trailer and bus OEMs. With this role, Murphy will also continue to provide strategic leadership for Alcoa’s wide-base wheel product line. Murphy assumes this role after serving Alcoa Wheel Products as a market manager for commercial vehicle wheels.

Alcoa has branches all over the world, including one in Collingwood, Ont.
