Bendix Reaches Out To Fleets with New Position
ELYRIA, OH. – Bendix has named Todd Swales director of the newly created Fleet Sales position.
Swales, Bendix says, will oversee the company’s relationships with its fleet customers, introducing them to new products, anticipating their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
“By creating the director of fleet sales position, we are renewing and increasing our focus to serve the needs of our fleet customers, as well as establishing a ‘voice of the customer’ within Bendix,” said Bendix president and CEO Joe McAleese.
Prior to joining Bendix, Swales spent nine years at Meritor, serving as manager of field sales and service for Meritor WABCO since 2010. His other positions at Meritor included senior manager of global customer satisfaction and product line manager.
Swales earned his bachelor’s degree in resource development at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
