ELYRIA, Ohio — Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has appointed Rick Nork as its vice president and chief financial officer. Eddie Wilkinson has been promoted to vice president of quality and product safety.

Nork, who held the CFO post on an interim basis for the past four months, will have overall strategic and functional leadership responsibility for the Bendix finance team, including financial planning and policy, accounting practices, long-range forecasting, investments and lending relationships, and preparation of financial reports.

In his new role as vice president of quality and product safety, Eddie Wilkinson will be charged with leading quality assurance and product safety performance, as well as a renewed company-wide focus on product reliability.

From product development to after sales field support, under Wilkinson’s direction, the team will employ a broadly-defined and highly interactive “cradle to grave” approach to further enhance Bendix production, processes, and services.
