Canadian tranport, logistics firm opens Atlanta hub
MONTREAL — Quebec-based FLS Transportation Services continues to make footprints in the U.S. with the announcment of a new full-service facility in Atlanta, Ga.
FLS, a multi-faceted transportation and logistics provider based in Montreal, says the branch will act as the epicenter of FLS’ Southeastern operations. It begins operating on November 6th.
“Atlanta is one of the largest logistics markets in the country” says Vice-President Mark Kummer. “Our decision to commence operations here was a natural part of our growth strategy and our Atlanta based clients have supported this decision.”
FLS — a leading provider in cross-border truckload, LTL, flatbed, as well as asset based trucking, 3PL, and ocean services — also has offices in Toronto, Calgary Chicago, Shreveport, L.A., Bentonville, Ariz., and most recently in Reno, Nev.
