Carrier Centers Adds Isuzu Shop

WINDSOR, ON – Carrier Centers, a multi-branch mainly International dealership, has expanded its Isuzu truck coverage to include sales and service at its location in Windsor, ON. Until now the Japanese truck has been available only from the company’s main branch in London, ON.

Isuzu line now offered at Carrier branch in Windsor, ONAt the same time, Carrier has also invested in tooling and training specifically to allow for full Isuzu service and support at its branches elsewhere in southwestern Ontario — in Sarnia, Chatham, Woodstock, and Brantford. The company says it’s made “substantial progress” over the past year since taking on the Isuzu brand in late 2015. .

The Isuzu medium-duty truck line includes vans, crew-cab, and low-cab-forward trucks, in both gas and diesel versions. The company has been manufacturing vehicles for nearly a century, and its products are sold in over 100 countries. It’s been marketing its  trucks in North America since 1986.

Carrier itself has been selling trucks and equipment since its inception in Brantford in 1960. Today it has a team of over 300 people operating six full-service International and now two full-service Isuzu dealerships, plus sales, leasing, and service of Doepker and five other trailer lines, emergency vehicles, tires, motorcycles, Bobcat, and other equipment products. It also runs a busy refrigeration service division.
