BARRIE, Ont. — For the first time, a Canadian delearship has been recognized as the International Dealer of the Year.

Dale Lewis of Lewis Motor Sales Inc., recently accepted International’s highest dealer award for his company’s extraordinary achievement in customer service, business practices and industry and community service.

Lewis Motor Sales services customers from across central and southern Ontario, with facilities located in Barrie, Collingwood and North Bay, plus a leasing facility in Markdale.

An International Truck and Engine Corp. dealer for almost 40 years, in August of last year Lewis opened the locations in Collingwood and North Bay. These facilities are the largest in their respective areas. (The grand opening ceremony of the North Bay facility will take place June 7 and 8.)

Lewis Motor Sales Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has served the trucking needs of Simcoe County in Ontario for more than 60 years.
