Clarke appoints two execs
HALIFAX — George Armoyan, president and CEO of Clarke Inc., announced that Neil Morley will become Clarke’s vice-president and chief financial officer.
Also, Robert Normandeau has been appointed to the new role of COO for Clarke Inc.’s non-freight transportation business.
Morley, who has served Clarke since 2005 as the company’s controller, and VP of accounting, takes over for Jan Imeson.
