COMPETITION WATCH: Totalline acquires Eisener’s and Kreative
VAUGHAN, Ont. — Totalline Transport, a privately owned transportation and warehousing company based in Vaughan, Ont., in conjunction with Bransam Logistics Services, has acquired Eisener’s Transport and Kreative Carriers. The acquisition adds four new terminals on the East Coast to Totalline’s service locations throughout Canada.
“Our new facilities in Fredericton, St. John, Moncton, and Halifax will complete our coast to coast LTL system offering both expedited and standard over the road services”, said Uwe Petroschke, president and CEO of Totalline Transport. Rodi Saarloos, owner of Bransam Logistics, was appointed president of the new Eastern Canada operation.
