TORONTO, Ont. — Cube Route announced it has added new features to its service to support resource planning, tracking and routing for mobile workers
including sales representatives, product merchandisers, and service technicians.

Additions include dispatching, job planning, real-time tracking and routing.

“These enhanced features will enable service managers to be more efficient and productive in deploying resources in the field. They now
gain all the advantages of powerful planning, dispatching and real-time visibility for their mobile resources that traditional delivery
organizations have always benefited from,” said Jeff Murphy, COO at Cube Route.

Cube Route says the benefits of the service for mobile workforce management include the ability to create and set a “coordinated” plan for the delivery of assets and arrival of service agents, maximized utilization of field service personnel, improved tracking of field activity, real-time visibility for mobile resource workers into delivery status, and improved customer service through more accurate arrival scheduling/
