Dana’s Vicky Black receives education award

TOLEDO, Ohio — Vicky Black of Dana’s Heavy Vehicle Technologies and System Service division has received an automotive aftermarket management education award from Northwood University.

The award recognizes individuals who have shown dedication over a number of years to education in the field of automotive aftermarket management.

“We are proud to see Vicky Black recognized alongside other respected individuals in our industry,” said Nick Cole, president of Dana’s Heavy Vehicle Technologies and Systems Group. “With past AAMEA recipients including former Dana chairmen Rene McPherson, Woody Morcott, and Joe Magliochetti, this achievement carries a special meaning for Vicky.”

Black launched her career with Dana in 1983 as plant accountant with the Spicer Trailer Axle plant in Montgomery, Alabama.
