Hendrickson parent makes exec changes
ITASCA, Ill. — The parent company of truck and trailer suspensions provider Hendrickson announced that John M. Boler is assuming the responsibilities of president and CEO.
Other additions to the Boler Company are James Colley, the new vice-president of finance and treasury and Nancy B. Coons, vice-president administration.
Also, Gary Gerstenslager, has been named general manager of Hendrickson Trailer Suspension.
Keith D. Stephenson, former chief development officer, and Robert Micchelli, former vice-presiden of finance and IT, have left the company.
